Returns & Exchanges

At Finn Footwear, we want you to love every step you take; if your shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

Package the Footwear

Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
